Returns Policy
Because of the personal nature of our products and concerns
related to hygiene issues, we can not give refunds.
We will do exchanges on the following circumstances:
The wrong item or items were delivered to you.
If you have received the wrong product and do not wish to keep
it, you must return the product to us within 5 working days.
Please include the original invoice and a written reason for the
return, and we will exchange it for the correct item(s).
Any products returned to us should be unopened and untampered,
and be in the original packaging. Please return to the address
provided in the shipping details.
Customer assumes shipping costs to return merchandise. We will
re-ship the replacement product at no extra charge.
Damaged or faulty products
If you receive products that are damaged or faulty you must
return the products to us within 5 working days. We will provide
you with replacement products. Important: this policy does not
cover items damaged during transit. Please include the original
invoice and a written reason for the return and, please do not
return used condoms.
